Job description:

1. Be a part of the Creative team to actively develop Instagram and Tik Tok, producing highly engaging and attractive content
2. Have a Creative Mind with the ability to create fun and Original Social Media content to build awareness.
3. Able to Identify Client’s demand and give recommendations for Client’s Need.
4. Being involved in the end-to-end production processes of Instagram, Tiktok content, this also. includes being the talent of the content.
5. Strong Understanding of TikTok and Instagram and their algorithms.
6. Familiar with all social media marketing trends and are a first user.
7. Manage Client and Maspion Instagram and Tiktok account.
8. Monitoring and Reporting of Tiktok and Reels KPIs and Metrics.
9. Being Creative & Inspirational Storyteller who always bring Fresh Ideas to the Table.
10. Able to work creatively and efficiently.
11. Skilled in Tiktok and Reels Video Editing (Aware of Mobile Apps Editing, best cases: Adobe Premiere and After effects).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any major.
2. Proficiency in content creation on Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
3. Comfortable in front of a camera (public speaking or hosting experience is a bonus).
4. Must have experience in creating and editing videos, for personal or professional purposes. (Tiktok and Reels)
5. Must have a passion for creating creative and engaging content.
6. Able to work in teams or individual.
7. Able to have intermediate knowledge regarding Tiktok, Reels and IG TV Editing.
8. Update with the latest trend.
